柱塞气举特性分析

摘    要:利用柱塞-液段运动微分方程,用数值求解的途径分析考察了注了压力、油管井口压力、油井产液指数和含水率对柱塞气举的产量、循环周期和注入气量的影响。实际计算结果表明,注气压力增大,对日产液量和注气量影响很小,不能改善气举要油效率,井口压力增大,将导致日产液量下降,日注气量增加;而产液指数和含水率增大,将导致产液量和注气量相应增加

Abstract:By applying differential equations for liquid slug motion to gas lifting, the effects of gas injection pressure, wellhead pressure, fluid producing index and water cut on the production rate by plunger gas lifting ,injection cycle and rate are investigated numerically The actual computation conducted shows that the increase in gas injection pressure would hardly affect the daily fluid production rate and daily gas injection rate, and could not improve the production efficiency of gas lifting When wellhead pressure raises, daily fluid production rate decreases and daily gas injection rate increases When the fluid production index and water cut raise, the rates of fluid production and gas injection increase accordingly
