夏热冬暖地区居住建筑体形特征与空调冷负荷的关系

摘    要:本文利用居住建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h,针对夏热冬暖地区的居住建筑,分析了窗墙面积比对建筑冷负荷的影响。通过对一典型实际住宅的模拟计算,得出了不同朝向夏季日照情况、窗墙比以及围护结构传热系数对建筑空调冷负荷的影响关系。

Abstract:This paper aims at residential building in hot summer warm winter zone to analyze the effect of area ratio of window to wall towards the building cold load, using DeST- h, which is a energy consumption simulative software of residential building.Simulative calculation to the typical actual residential building, indicates the influencing connection between different exposed to the sun and the overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope towards.
