摘    要:在Hypol工艺聚丙烯中试装置上,通过调节外给电子体与主催化剂的进料比例。探讨了Si/Ti对聚合物等规指灵敏,性能,灰分,流动性及催化剂活性等的影响。试验结果表明:用TK-240催化剂生产聚丙烯时,聚合物的等规指灵敏是可调的;等规指数大于95.0%时,粉料流动良好。该聚合物熔体流动指数(2.16kg负荷)为2-4g/10min。等规指数值为95.0%-97.5%。分子量分布宽度为6-8,具有良好的力学性能,并满足双向拉伸聚丙烯专用树脂的要求。

Abstract:The effect of Si/Ti ratio on the isotacticity, properties, ash content and flowability of polypropylene (PP) as well as on the catalytic activity was studied via adjustment of feeding ratio of outer electron donor to main catalyst in a Hypol process PP pilot plant. The experimental results show that the isotacticity of the PP produced with TK-240 main catalyst can be adjustable and furthermore, the PP powder exhibits a good flowability when the isotacticity value reaches 95.0%. The PP product has melt flow index of 2-4 g/ 10 min at the load of 2.16 kg, isotacticity in the range of 95.0%~97.5% and molecular weight distribution of 6~8. The polymer possesses superior mechanical properties and satisfies the requirements of speciality resin for biaxial oriented PP film.
