满拉水利枢纽电力调度研究

摘    要:满拉水利枢纽位于西藏自治区的年楚河干流上,装机容量20MW。水库开发的任务是以灌溉发电为主,兼 有防洪及旅游等综合效益。文章通过对年楚河水文特性的分析,研究了水库的电力调度规则,使水库能够满足防洪、 发电、灌溉等要求,实现枢纽综合利用效益。

Abstract:The Mania water complex is situated on Nianchuhe river main stream in Tibet. The installed capacity is 20MW. The mission of this project takes the irrigation as the dominant factor, gives consideration to the flood control and the tourism. The paper studies the electric dispatching regulation to satisfy the flood control, the power generation, the irrigation and realize the comprehensive benefits of water complex through analysis of the hydrological characteristics of Nianchuhe river.
