| Abstract: | The importance,goal,meaning and application procedure of Life Cycle Cost Analysis were discussed,combined with green building simple example cost control analysis,the Life Cycle Cost Analysis suggested to use in strengthening engineering management（especially the engineering prior time）,therefore help to realize Chinese building industry ＂greening＂ strategy. |
