基于ADAMS的Zero-Max型无级变速器动力学仿真

摘    要:通过ADAMS对Zero-Max型无级变速器进行建模与动力学仿真,获得了不同转速下各转动副动力响应的变化规律,并找出了机构中摩擦力最大的部位及机构产生疲劳断裂的危险区域。仿真结果表明:高转速时摩擦力远远高于低转速,高转速时摩擦加剧会更加导致传递功率消耗的增加,使效率降低;通过各转动副摩擦力的比较发现,与机架相连的摇杆处转动副所受摩擦力最大,次之为偏心轮上的输入轴转动副和第1级曲柄摇杆机构中连接连杆与摇杆的转动副。当输入转速增大时,这些地方易成为疲劳断裂的危险区域。

Abstract:Through modeling and analyzing the Zero-Max CVT with ADAMS,the variational disciplinarian of dynamic response of each revolute pairs with different rotate speed had been obtained and the part with the largest fraction and the region having the risk of fatigue fracture were found.The simulation results show that the friction in high-speed was higher than the one in low-speed,and the higher fraction would lead to more increases in power consumption,which definitely reduce the efficiency of Zero-Max CVT.By com...
