| 摘 要： | 分析了韶钢2500mm中厚板轧机弹跳方程的测试和建模方法，通过计算厚度和实测厚度的比较，说明压靠状态对厚度计算值的影响，指出为该轧机建立的弹跳方程，其厚度计算精度已接近一般激光测厚仪的水平，在规程计算、AGC调节和成品厚度控制中相当有效。

| Abstract: | The method for spring equation testing and model establishment for 2500 mm plate rolling mill of shaoguan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is analyzed.By comparing the calculated with the measured thickness data,the influence of gap setting on the caculated thickness is demonstrated.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the established spring equation is quite effective for caculation,AGC adjustment and controlling the product thickness.The accuracy of calculated thickness has almost reached to that measured by laser gauge. |
