Reduction of Fuel Consumption and Ignition Loss of Heating Process for Steel Rolling

In the heating process of rolling reduction of fuel consumption and igni tion loss is of great significance.The main factors affecting fuel consumption and igni tion loss of industrial furnace are analyzed.It is concluded that to reduce temperature from furnace,shorten time in furnace and control atmosphere in furnace are the key points.Moreover operation of heating process is very important as well.At last the practical experience to save energy and reduce consumption in industrial furnace and kiln are presented.
