摘    要:针对GB 31570-2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》对炼油厂硫磺回收装置尾气中SO2排放的严格要求,通过室内实验,研发出了对COS及H2S脱除性能良好的配方型脱硫溶剂。试验考察了MDEA质量分数、COS质量浓度等工艺条件对该溶剂脱除有机硫效果的影响。结果表明,所选配方型脱硫溶剂可使炼油厂硫磺回收装置加氢尾气COS脱除率>45%,H2S质量浓度<10 mg/m3,满足炼油厂硫磺回收装置尾气超低排放要求。 

Abstract:In order to meet the stricter requirements of GB 31570-2015 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry about SO2 emission from tail gas of sulfur recovery unit in refinery, the formula desulfurizing solvent with good removal performance for COS and H2S was developed through laboratory experiments. The effects of MDEA mass fraction and COS mass concentration etc. on the removal of organic sulfur were investigated. The results showed that the COS removal rate of hydrogenation tail gas of sulfur recovery unit in refinery could be more than 45% and the H2S mass concentration could be less than 10 mg/m3 by using the selected formula desulfurizing solvent, which could meet the ultra-low emission requirements of tail gas from sulfur recovery unit in refinery.
