桥面环氧抗滑铺装层间粘结拉拔试验分析

摘    要:该文介绍环氧薄层铺装在实体工程中的应用,重点针对层间粘结问题,利用现场钻芯拉拔试验,检验其在正常施工条件下环氧薄层铺装与混凝土桥面及钢桥面的层间粘结强度,为今后此类材料制定规范和验收标准提供参考依据。现场试验结果表明环氧薄层铺装与混凝土粘结强度大于2MPa,与钢桥面的粘结强度大于3MPa。

Abstract:This paper provides information on the project application of epoxy antiskid layer on bridge decks.Focus is on the bonding strength between layers.Pull-off tensile strength test was used to examinate the in-situ bonding strength between antiskid layer and concrete bridge decks or steel bridge decks.The obtained data can provide useful information on establishing the material standard and specification.Test results indicated that the pull-off strength of antiskid layer on concrete deck is larger than 2 MPa,while the corresponding strength on steel deck is greater that 3 MPa.
