城市绿化带雨洪利用的蓄滞作用分析——以宝鸡市北坡生态公园为例

分析了城市绿化带雨洪利用的蓄滞过程,该过程的核心是把雨洪蓄积及下渗与绿化带相结合,实现城市雨洪利用的规模化和可控化.对城市绿化带及服务区域的产流做了初步的计算,给出了两区域的产流强度公式,确立了在绿化带区域实施雨洪叠加利用、蓄渗结合的思想,并按照该原则对宝鸡市北坡生态公园的两广场作了详细的雨洪利用规划,根据两广场的实际状况实现雨洪的梯级蓄积利用,并确定了将广场绿化带实施低势改造的方式,对类似区域开展雨洪利用规划具有一定的借鉴意义.
