| 摘 要： | 数字化是广播电视系统的发展方向。立体伴音、视频点播、时移电视、电视邮件等新概念将逐渐进入我们的文化生活。数字广播电视以其优质的音像效果和实用的增值业务受到人们欢迎。从新一代航天测量船建造的需求出发,讨论了当前数字有线电视与网络电视的优缺点,论证了航天测量船广播电视系统应采取的技术体制。根据船舶特点和船员需求提出了船载IPTV网络电视系统方案设计构想,阐述了该电视系统应具备的基本功能和增值业务。

| Abstract: | The digitalization is the development trend of CATV system. Some new conceptions (such as stereo sound, VOD, time-shifted TV, TV-mail etc.) are introduced into our culture life. The digital CATV system is more and more welcome because of its high-quality AV effect and practical value-added service. According to the requirements for construction of the new generation of aerospace survey ships, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the digital cable TV and IPTV, and demonstrate the technologic system the CATV system on aerospace survey ships should be used. According to the ship feature and shipman's requirements, we propose a design about IPTV system scheme on survey ships and describe the basic functions and value-added services this TV system should have. |
