电动机控制系统本质安全型先导电路的试验研究

摘    要:分析了目前矿井电动机控制系统先导电路的工作原理 ,指出了其存在自起动和非本质安全型等问题。针对这些问题按照本安电路设计规范和微机控制系统的要求 ,设计了一个适合矿井电动机微机保护系统用的本安先导电路 ,对所设计的电路进行了试验研究并将其应用于矿用隔爆型电磁起动器。实践证明 ,该先导电路性能稳定 ,动作可靠 ,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The pilot circuit of underground motor control systems in common use is analyzed and the problems existed in the circuits such as self starting and un intrinsically safety,are pointed out in this paper.In view of these problems,an intrinsically safe pilot circuit for underground motor intelligent protective systems based on single chip microcomputer is given according to the design specifications of intrinsically safe circuits and the requirements of microcomputer control systems.The circuit has been tested and applied to mining flameproof electric magnetic starters.
