| 摘 要： | 针对某小高层楼房基础，采用反锚静压钢管桩与新加连接承台进行基础工程加固，介绍了施工工艺及质量控制措施，实践表明：基础工程加固施工效果良好，达到了预期的处理效果。

| Abstract: | Aiming at foundation sinking for one high-rising building,it adopts anti-static press steel pipe and new jointed platform to consolidate it.It also introduce the construction art and quality control.The practice indicates the method is feasible and reach the planed aim. |
