超细硅藻土粉体的硅烷改性

摘    要:对作为橡胶补强剂的超细硅藻土颗粒的表面采用硅烷偶联剂进行处理进行实验研究,通过改性前后样品的堆积密度、石蜡中悬浮液的浊度、吸油量等对改性效果进行表征,并采用红外光谱对改性机理进行分析。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物的质量分数为1.2%时,改性效果最佳,此时硅烷偶联剂分子与硅藻土颗粒表面之间以化学键合作用为主,形成Si—O—Si键合。

Abstract:The surface treatment of ultrafine diatomite particles as rubber reinforcing agent was researched with silane coupling agent.The prepared samples were characterized by bulk density,suspension turbidity in paraffin and oil absorption.The surface modification mechanism was indicated by means of FTIR.The results showed that the mass fraction of modifier dosage of dual-(γ-triethoxysilyl silicon-propyl) tetrasulfide silane coupling agent was 1.2 %,which gave the best effect of modification.The silane coupling agent were mainly bonded to the surface of diatomite particles in structure of Si—O—Si.
