摘    要:提出了一种基于信号重建的虚位数据法,用此方法,可以按需要任意选择只分离形状误差或只分离运动误差,或者任意安排分离这两类误差的先后顺序,而不必变更传统的形状误差检测-分离系统,方式灵活。

Abstract:On the basis of signal re organization, a novel method named virtual position reading method is proposed in this paper. By means of this method, form error or error motion can be respectively separated according to practical needs, and the separating sequence of form error or error motion can also be optional. Furthermore, in the proposed method, it is not necessary to change the conventional measuring and separating system of form error or the normal procedures of separating operation. It is proved that the new method is flexible and convenient in use.
