摘    要:提出了基于核心竞争力自身结构的评价思想。在此基础上,设计了企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系,并从核心竞争力的评价流程、评价指标的测度以及核心竞争力的综合评价等三方面构建了核心竞争力的评价方法体系。

Abstract:There are three layers in the whole structure of the core competitory competence and there is a core in every layer, which are valuable to evaluate the core competitory competence of the enterprise. On the base of the structure of the core competitory competence, the evaluation ideas were suggested, and the evaluation index system of the core competitory competence was designed. Then the methodological system for evaluation was constructed in respect of the evaluation process, the measure of the evaluation indexes and the comprehensive evaluation method of the core competitory competence.
