基于dsPIC30F4012的冰箱制冷压缩机控制器

摘    要:基于dsPIC30F4012设计一种用于冰箱制冷压缩机的无刷直流电机控制系统。其驱动电机通过三段式升频升压法启动.当运行至满足自同步速度时.单片机通过检测电机的端电压获取转子的换相点,并通过PID算法提高系统的控制鲁棒性。经测试,该系统具有良好的稳定性和可控性,既降低成本,又控制灵活,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper a brushless DC motor(BLDC)control system for refrigerator compressor is designed based on dsPIC30F4012.The drive motor is activated by three-period frequency increasing and press increasing method.The microprocessor grasps the phase converting point by detecting end point voltage of the motor when it reaches self synchronism speed.The robustness of the system is increased by using PID algorithm.The experimental test shows that the system has good stability and controllability.
