基于SP6641的手持设备电源设计

摘    要:根据心理测评数据采集手持设备的低功耗要求,采用SP6641设计高效、升压DC/DC转换电源电路。详细介绍电路设计方案和外围电路元件的选择,实现手持设备使用2节普通碱性电池升压供电。这种电源电路具有很低的启动电压、超低静态电流、高效率电压转换的特点,可用于单或双电池供电的手持设备应用。

Abstract:By the need of low power consume in handheld device of collecting psychometric test data,a step up DC/DC power supply circuit is designed based on SP6641.The design scheme of power circuit and the choice principle of periphery circuit component are introduced in detail.The power circuit implements the power supply for handheld device by two cell AA alkaline batteries and has the features of low startup voltage,ultra-low quiescent current,high efficiency DC/DC boost converter.It can be used for single or dua...
