摘    要:通过对圆柱标准齿轮与角度变位齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的计算,结合实例,比较分析两种齿轮轮齿根部的弯曲应力,找出它们的共性与差异,采用角度变位两齿轮齿根均变厚,可进一步提高承载能力,延长产品的使用寿命.

Abstract:By calculating the fatigue of cylindrical gears and angle of the gear and analyzing their Bending stress comparatively,their Similarities and Differences are found out.It is concluded that deflection angle will thicken two-gear tooth root,and it can further increase carrying capacity and extend product life.
