| 摘 要： | 分析了注射螺纹自动脱模机构,针对带有内螺纹的瓶盖,设计了利用螺旋传动自动脱内螺纹的注射模。利用注塑机顶出动作,由安装在推板上的螺母驱动螺杆,将直线运动转变成旋转运动,使螺纹型芯旋转,塑件自动脱出。模具结构简单,工作可靠。

| Abstract: | An injection mould for a plastic bottle cap with internal thread was developed, in which a screw drive mechanism was designed for the automatic stripping of internal thread. During the ejection process, the threaded rod is driven by the screw nut installed in the ejector plate, which transforms the rectilinear movement into rotation movement to make the threaded core rotate in order to strip the plastic cap automatically. The mould has a simplified structure and operates reliably. |
