塔里木盆地异常高温高压井储层改造难点及对策

摘    要:异常高温高压井由于埋藏超深、施工压力大和井温异常高,对储层改造施工的液体、管柱、工艺、设备等都提出了极高的要求。针对塔里木盆地异常高温高压井的特点,进行了储层改造的技术难点分析,从压裂液、酸液、支撑剂、施工管柱、井口及地面管线、近井筒处理技术和施工工艺等方面提出了相应的关键技术对策和措施,并结合具体的井例探讨了异常高温高压井的施工失败教训和成功经验。其认识对该类井的储层改造设计和施工方案的制订具有指导作用。

Abstract:Since a well with abnormal high temperature and high pressure is characterized by deep buried depth, high operation pressure and abnormal high well temperature, it has high requirements on liquids, string, technology and equipments in the process of reservoir stimulation. In accordance with such characteristics mentioned above, the technical difficulty in reservoir stimulation is analyzed, the corresponding key technologies and measures are put forward from such aspects as fracturing fluid, acidizing fluid, proppants, string, wellhead, surface pipeline, near wellbore processing technology and operation technology and the failed and successful experiences in combination with the actual cases of abnormal HTHP wells are also discussed, which can be guidance to reservoir stimulation design and operating scheme of such wells.
