金属酞菁化合物多晶体的“金属—半导”性转变

摘    要:本文研究了掺碘酞菁镍多晶体、掺碘酞菁铜多晶体及它们两者混合物的粉末压片的电导率随温度变化的关系,发现有“金属—半导”性转变存在。并探讨了这种转变出现的原因及机理。研究表明这种转变不是导电金属酞菁化合物的结构在某一温度下发生了突变,而是由非均相结构的存在所致。根据非均相模型推导出来的电导率公式对实验结果进行拟合后所得的曲线与实验点相符很好。

Abstract:In the paper ,iodine -doped NiPc polycrystalline and iodine -doped CuPc polycrystalline and the relation of specific conductance change with temperature of their mixture laminate are studied . It has found that the " metal - semiconductor'transition is in existence . The cause and mechanism of the transition are discussed. The research shows that the transition is not due to the sudden structure change at a definite temperature ,but hetrophase structure existence . The conductance equation is derived from the hetrophase model, the curves abtained after fitting of experimental results conform to the experimental points well.
