聚羧酸系高效减水剂合成工艺研究现状

摘    要:介绍了聚羧酸系高效减水剂合成工艺研究现状.按照分子结构的不同分为四代聚羧酸系高效减水剂,第一代丙烯酸共聚物,第二代丙烯基醚型,第三代酰胺型,第四代聚乙二醇支链型.同时介绍了聚羧酸系高效减水剂的几种常用合成方法.

Abstract:The synthesis technics of polycarboxylate type superplasticizer are studied.According to the molecular structure such superplasticizers are divided into four generations,the first generation is acrylic-based copolymer,the second generation is propylene ether-based copolymer,the third generation is amide-based copolymer,and the fourth generation is polyethylene glycol with branched-chain.Several common methods of polycarboxylate superplasticizer also are introduced.
