摘    要:研究了热镀锌钢板纳米SiO2改性有机-无机复合膜,研究了不同的纳米SiO2的加入形式对膜层耐蚀性的影响,探讨了该复合膜中钒酸盐的缓蚀作用,该复合膜层具有良好的成膜性能和耐蚀性能.

Abstract:An organic/inorganic composite conversion coatings modified by nano-SiO2 on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel is investigated. The effects of different adding forms of nano-SiO2 on the corrosion resistance of the coating is studied. The corrosion inhibiting role in the composite coating is discussed. The composite coating has good film forming property and corrosion resistance.
