摘    要:综述了热浸镀渗铝技术的发展及现状,着重介绍了几种新型的热浸镀渗铝技术.可以认为,热浸镀渗铝技术将会在以下几个方面开展工作:进一步完善热浸镀渗铝技术,以扩大其在工业生产上的应用;对稀土的作用机理进入更细致深入的研究;对已有的定性结果进行量化数学模型的建立,在模拟精度和应用范围上进一步扩展,并发展更可靠、更系统地描述冶金过程的数学模型;从宏观模拟向微观模拟发展,模拟不同情况下镀渗层凝固组织的形成以及晶体的生长过程.

Abstract:The status and advance on hot-dipped aluminium are studied and several kinds of new type technology of hot-dipped aluminium are mainly introduced. The technology of hot-dipped aluminium will develop several ways:(1) further perfect the technology of hot-dipped aluminium so as to extend the application of industrial production.(2) deeply and particularly research the effect mechanism of rare-earth.(3) set up quantitative mathematical model on the known qualitative result ,further expand simulation precision and areas of application and develop credible mathematical model which describe metallurgy process.(4)through developing from macroscopic simulation to microcosmic simulation, simulate formation of solidification structure of plating and seep layer and the growing process of crystal on different conditions.
