摘    要:对一种新型结构的动静压轴承--径向-推力联合浮环动静压轴砂进行动态性能计算和稳定性分析。结果表明该轴承不仅具有较低的摩擦功耗,而且具有较高的稳定性,可以取代目前高速旋转机械中广泛使用的五瓦可倾瓦轴承。

Abstract:A new type floating ring hybrid bearing was developed in which the radial and thrust floating ring were made as a whole. This bearing integrates the characteristic of hydrostatic, hydrodynamic and floating ring bearing, and can support radial and axial force at the same time. The flat capillary restrictor and the shallow pocket restrictor were adopted instead of outer restrictor, and the lubrication oil blocking was refrained effectively. The radial and thrust Reynolds equations and boundary conditions governing the outer and inner oil film were first given separately, then, by using the pressure coordinate condition both of the Reynolds equations were made again unified. By analyzing the three dimension whirling of the journal center, it was theoretically proved that radial section may decided the stability of whole bearing and the thrust oil film can enhance the stability. This bearing has been applied to the turbine expansion unit, and rotated stably at 45 000 r/min. The results show that this bearing has the advantages of low friction, longevity, high stability and easy being controlled, and can be used in turbo machinery and other high speed rotational machinery.
