大型直接空冷系统的防冻研究与措施

摘    要:针对直接空冷系统严寒环境下出现的冻裂问题,对空冷系统的运行进行了分析,结合华电宁夏灵武发电有限公司的实际情况提出了防治对策。指出通过合理的空冷岛结构,优化的运行过程中针对不同环境条件的风量调节等措施,可有效克服直接空冷系统运行中出现的冻结问题,从而提高机组安全经济运行水平。

Freezing Problems and Solutions for Direct ACC System in Large Electric Power Plant
Abstract:The operation of direct air-cooling condenser (ACC) system was analyzed on a case in point freezing of the condensation, combined the theory with the practice of Huadian Ningxia Lingwu electric power Co. Ltd., the preliminary solutions taken to prevent the above mentioned problems were proposed. The results show that the freezing problems of direct ACC can be partially overcome and economic operation level can be upgrade by reasonable design of the air-cooling island, optimum adjustment of the cooling air flow in different ambient air temperature.
