水泵运行工况的数字化分析

摘    要:分析水泵选型方法后,发现目前水泵选型常用方法中存在实际选型偏大。从而使水泵运行的工况点偏离高效率区.提出一种水泵运行工况的数字化分析新方法,该方法可以在不必画出水泵的管路特性曲线的情况下,直接利用数学方法求出水泵运行的工况点,在工程实际中可用于水泵选型设计和运行工况预测.结合水泵选型工程案例,介绍该方法的实现过程.

Abstract:On the basis of careful study on the method of pump selection, it is found that the actual selection is too large in the common methed, so that the operating point of a pump is deviated from the efficient district. A new method of digital analysis for the pump operation is proposed on the basis, which can get the operating point by using the mathematical method without drawing out the pump characteristic curve of pipeline. Combined with the engineering case of pump selection, the implementation process of the method is introduced in the paper.
