摘    要:设计了一套PROFIBUS-DP工业现场总线控制系统,DP主站、DP从站、触摸屏、变频器和智能仪表之间可通过总线直接进行通信,从而使控制系统便于集中监控、分散处理。针对铝箔退火过程中炉温滞后大和惯性大等特点,提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC的模糊PID参数自整定控制算法。利用STEP7中的指针寻址查表方法实现在线查询功能,使控制算法简明。结果表明:该系统具有较高的稳定性、控制精度和品质。

Abstract:A fieldbus control system based on PROFIBUS-DP was designed.Via fieldbus,DP master,DP slave,TP,transducer and the intelligent devices can communicate with each other directly to make control system easy to supervise concentratively and handle distributed.The furnace temperature has the character of large time delay and inertia in the process of aluminum foil annealing.A PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control arithmetic is put forward based on S7-300 PLC.Realize the function of inquire online by the method of using the cursor to address the form in STEP7.That makes control arithmetic brief.The practical results show that this system has better stability,accuracy and quality of control.
