| 摘 要： | 针对锌精矿焙烧炉产出的SO2烟气特性,介绍了国产的QCF53/950-28-4.0型余热锅炉的操作经验,指出应控制进锌精矿焙烧炉原料含水量低于8%、锅炉进出口压力差小于150 Pa,严防系统设备吸入漏风,加强定期清灰,调整好振打周期,可达到长周期安全运行的要求。

| Abstract: | For the characteristics of SO2 flue gas produced from the roasting furnace of zinc concentrate ore,the operating experiences for the QCF53/950-28-4.0 type waste heat boiler made in China are described.It is concluded that in order to achieve long-term and safe operation,the water content in the feedstock entering the zinc concentrate ore roasting furnace should be kept below 8%,the difference of pressures at the inlet and outlet of the boiler should be less than 150 Pa,suction of leaked air into the system equipment should be prevented,the ash should be cleaned regularly,and the rapping period should be properly adjusted. |
