水利信息化综合集成服务平台及应用模式

Integrated Service Platform for the Information Explosion Process in Water Resources Industry and its Application Pattern

The article deals with desription on promotion situation of the information explosion process in water resources industry and analysis about main problems in water information application.Key problems in promotion of the imformation explosion trend in water resources industry are analyzed in aspects of water information and its application characteristics,component-based application,information sharing,high-performance computering as well as subject-oriented application pattern.The author discusses detailedly the work needs to be enhanced in promotion of the information explosion trend in water resources industry,and puts forward goal of applying new pattern,thinking system of integrated service platform,as well as application pattern which takes knowledge service and collabrative decision-making platform as its core.
