| 摘 要： | 介绍了建筑施工项目物资管理的现状和存在的问题,提出将现代物流管理思想引入建筑施工项目的物资管理以提高生产经营效率。针对建筑施工项目物资管理效率低下、施工物资管理费用居高不下、资金周转缓慢等现状,指出了建筑施工项目物资管理体制、管理过程、供应关系、信息化管理几方面存在的问题,据以分析并提出了行之有效的改进措施。
