摘    要:针对电气专业实践环节现存问题,开展了基于多融合培养的实践教学与改革。将实践课程分门别类、分级分层、灵活交叉,能够实现灵活无缝衔接。通过实践内容优化设置、教学模式方法改革、强化过程与效果的考核等具体措施,实现实践课程间、理论与实验、师生交流、学生全面化与个性化培养的融合,有效提升师生工程素质能力。

Abstract:The practice teaching and reform based on multi-integration training are carried out in view of the existing problems in the practice of electrical specialty. Practice courses can be classified, graded and layered, flexible and cross-cutting, so as to achieve a flexible and seamless convergence. By optimizing the setting of practice content, reforming teaching mode and methods, strengthening the assessment of process and effect, the integration of practice curriculum, theory and experiment, teacher-student communication, students" comprehensive and individualized training can be realized, and the engineering quality ability of teachers and students can be effectively improved.
