自行火炮发射动力学仿真

摘    要:用ADAMS软件的履带工具箱模块(ATV),建立了某自行火炮的多体系统动力学模型。该模型由炮身、反后坐装置、摇架、炮塔、车体、悬挂系统和行驶系统组成,共202个刚体,1029个自由度。将内弹道计算的发射时的火药气体压力施加于炮身,就动力轮锁定和不锁定两种情形,进行发射过程的动力学仿真,给出了关健部位的载荷时间历程。该文结果可为自行火炮发射时的强度设计和校核提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, a dynamics model of a self-propelled gun is created by means of ADAMS tracked vehicle toolbox. There are 202 bodies and 1029 freedom degrees in the model that consists of a barrel, a recoil system, a cradle, a turret, a hull, a suspension system and driving system. 2 simulations are implemented under the following conditions: (1) the sprockets are free (drive torque is zero). (2) the sprockets are locked with the hull. The load conditions of some important bodies are calculated. The results of this paper can be used for reference in design and strength analysis of self-propelled gun.
