Stick to "rule of law" and "rule of virtue" to strengthen the leadership of the party |

| Abstract: | The thesis discusses the significance of party forward \!rule of virtue" which is an important supplement to \!rule of law" and studies the relationship between these two guiding principles. Then we point out the main approach to the implementation of "rule of virtue" by enhancing the moral awareness of officials so that the leadership of the party can be the futher strengthened. |
