| 摘 要： | 住宅建筑业是资源消耗大户,走循环经济的发展模式是必由之路。循环经济注重资源、环境与经济发展和谐,可以促进住宅产业的可持续发展。资源循环型住宅是一种全新的可持续性住宅。以住宅的整个生命周期为考虑对象,分析从住宅的前期准备、规划设计、建设、拆除和处理再生的各个阶段实施要点。这对发展和完善住宅产业生产方式,建设节约型社会具有深远的现实指导意义。
