大型汽轮发电机定子引线振动分析

摘    要:大型汽轮发电机定子引线结构复杂,根据某台空冷135 MW汽轮发电机组定子引线振动磨损严重问题,利用先进的有限元方法对结构进行了振动分析计算,发现了导致振动的原因,根据计算得到的模态振型提出了具体的加固改进措施,改进后效果明显,解决了机组运行中振动磨损严重的问题.

Abstract:Focusing on the vibration abrasion problems of stator main lead for a 135MW air cooled turbo -generator, the vibration analysis and calculation in the structure of main lead was done with an advanced finite element method, and the real reasons caused vibration was found. Some concrete measures to stiffen and improve it were presented based on the vibration model obtained through calculation, the actual operation facts showed that these measures are suitable and effective, enabling to solve the vibration abrasion problems.
