神木煤显微组分热解特性研究

摘    要:在热天平上考察了湿度对神木煤显微组分热解的失重行为、红外光谱变化、半焦元素分布以及脱硫脱氮率的影响。结果表明:随热解温度长高,镜质组和惰质组在400-700℃出现明显的热解失重峰,且热解失重行为相似,但镜质组失重峰温低,失重速率大,脱硫脱氮率高;与惰质组半焦相比,镜质组半焦C含量较低,H,O,含量较高。在实验温度范围内,随温度升高,脂肪C-H键和芳香醚键、羟基等逐渐断裂分解,至700℃基本消失,同时半焦中C元素含量升高,H,O含量下降,N,S含量变化不大,同时湿度升高也有利于提高脱硫脱氮率。

Abstract:Pyrolysis of maceral concentrate from Shenmu coal was performed using TGA. The effect of temperature on weight loss, FT-IR spectra of char, distribution of elements and removal of sulfur and nitrogen was investigated. The results indicate that with the increase of temperature, weight loss is remarkable in the range of 400~700 ℃ for vitrinite and inertinite, but vitrinite has a lower peak temperature, a greater weight loss rate and a higher desulfurization and denitrogenation than those of inertinite; the vitrinite char has a higher hydrogen and oxygen content, a lower carbon content than inertinite char. With the increase of temperature, the aliphatic C—H, aromatic ether, and hydroxyl groups begin to be resolved. When temperature gose up to 700 ℃, they disappear. Meanwhile, carbon content increases but hydrogen and oxygen content decreases, and sulfur and nitrogen vary a little. High temperature is favourable to the removal of sulfur and nitrogen.
