有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液的合成及性能

摘    要:利用无皂乳液聚合技术合成了有机硅含量不同的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,通过对单体转化率及乳胶粒径的测定,发现有机硅单体的加入能提高硅一丙无皂共聚反应速率,减小乳胶拉拉径大小:结果还表明:合成共聚物的力学性能和耐水性随有机硅含量的增加而明显提高。

Abstract:A series of polyacrylate modified with different content of organosilicon were synthesized via surfactant-free polymerization(SFP).Through the measurement of monomer conversion versus time and the partical size of the latex, it is found that the copolymerization rate increases and patical size reduces with the increase of organosilicon content. The result shows the polyacrylate modified with the reactive organosilicon component by the SFP presents excellent mechanical property and water resistance.
