摘    要:在分析高速切削加工特性的基础上,对超高速电主轴的传热特性进行了研究,指出了高速电主轴的主要发热源,提出了有效改善电主轴热态特性的润滑冷却措施。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of high-speed machining,this paper discusses the heat transferring characteristics of the ultra high-speed electric spindle.It lists the main heat source of high-speed electric spindle and proposes the effective cooling measures through lubrication on improving the thermal characteristics of the electric spindle.
