完井工程是石油天然气勘探开发工程中的重要环节，是衔接钻井和采输石油天然气工程而又相对独立的工程。川西深层（三叠系须家河组） 下步勘探开发的要点 ，以及近几年完成的9口井在完井工艺技术方面均存在一定问题，直接影响了川西深层气藏的储层评价和开采。为此，文章参阅国际国内完井工艺技术发展状况，较系统地收集了川西近几年完钻井的资料，结合川西深层钻探实际进行了认真分析，认为川西深层不确定因素较多、油气水关系复杂，选择合理的完井技术显得更重要，并认为川西深层不宜采取先期裸眼衬管完井方式，建议川西深层钻井应优化井身结构设计，宜采用后期（尾管悬挂固井）射孔完井方式，应考虑对Φ149.2 mm小井眼采取随钻扩孔措施，提高固井质量，以实现后期分层射孔测试和储层改善，获得较好的油气成果。

DISCUSSION ON THE DEEP SEATED FORMATION COMPLETION TECHNIQUES IN WEST SICHUAN

The reservoir evaluation and exploitation of the deep seated formation (Xujiahe Formation,Upper Triassic) gas reservoirs in west Sichuan have been directly affected by the problems existing in the completion techniques of the nine wells drilled in the formation in recent years.In light of the key points in next exploration and development,in combination with the deep seated formation drilling practices in West Sichuan and on the basis of collecting systematically the drilling and completion data in recent years in the region and of referring to the developing circumstances of the domestic and foreign completion techniques,it was considered that it is very important to select to reasonable completion techniques because of various uncertain factors and complicated oil gas water relations in the deep seated formation in West Sichuan;and the initial open hole liner completion method is unsuitable for the deep seated formation in the region.It was suggested that,in this region,the casing program design should be optimized for the deep seated formation drlling;the final (liner hanger cementing)perforation completion method should be applied;and the measure of reaming while drilling should be used for 149.2 mm slim hole so as to raise the quality of well cementing,thus realizing final separate perforation testing and reservoir improvement to obtain a fairly good oil and gas exploration result.
