摘    要:回顾了井斜控制技术的发展过程,总结了气体钻井井斜失控的原因及危害,探讨了空气锤钻井技术、空气螺杆钻井技术、扩眼保满防斜技术和自动防斜技术等气体钻井井斜控制新技术。空气锤钻井技术是目前最有效且可行性较高的钻井技术。文章提出了空气锤钻井技术的后续研究重点是:研究该工艺方式下钻具振动机理,研究空气锤的使用寿命、内部润滑机理及其结构优化等。提出了该课题组研制的气体钻水平井、垂直井两种专用扶正器和气体钻井滚轮扶正器,解决了钻井液钻井扶正器用在气体钻井中所产生的问题。同时提出了研究气体钻井专用防斜工具和研究气体钻井钻柱系统动力学是以后井斜控制技术的研究方向。

Abstract:The development process of borehole deviation control technology was reviewed,and the causes and harm of borehole deviation incontrollable were presented,and the air hammer drilling,air screw drilling,enlarging borehole and keeping full technology and auto-preventing deviation technology were discussed in this paper.At present,air hammer drilling technology is more availability and feasibility.The research emphases of air hammer drilling technology were introduced,including vibration mechanism of drilling tool,operating life,lubricating mechanism and optimizing structure of air hammer.This paper presented two centralizers for air drilling horizontal well and vertical well and gyro wheel centralizer,solving the problems that mud drilling centralizer is used in air drilling.
