特厚煤层大采高综放面组合悬臂梁运动特征及支架阻力研究

摘    要:针对直接顶岩层结构对大采高综放采场矿压显现影响较大的特点,基于关键层理论与岩块铰接条件,分析直接顶岩层运动特征及液压支架工作阻力合理确定方法,以准格尔地区某矿大采高综放工作面为例计算分析。研究表明,特厚煤层综放采场直接顶关键层及其上位直接顶形成组合悬臂梁结构,随工作面推进破断回转,与其后方的已破断岩层接触、分离滑落,其重量由后方已破断岩层与液压支架共同承担,其悬臂破断回转、与已断岩层接触、分离滑落的过程直接影响着工作面矿压显现。正常回采阶段液压支架仅承受顶煤及下位直接顶的荷载;来压阶段应保证承受顶煤、下位直接顶及组合悬臂梁破断所施加的荷载,才能防止支架压死、活柱急剧下缩等现象;依据其力学特征确定了大采高综放工作面合理的液压支架工作阻力。

Abstract:In terms of violent ground pressure behavior in fully-mechanized top coal caving caused by immediate roof key strata structure,immediate roof key strata structure and suitable hydraulic support working resistance has been studied based on the key stratum theory in ground control and rock hinge joint theory,and roof structures and support working resistance of fully-mechanized top coal caving with large mining height have been discussed. Results show that,immediate roof key strata and upper immediate roof can generate combined cantilever beam structure,and its breaking and rotating feature have effect on hydraulic support working resistance.In weighting stage hydraulic support need to bear the weight of top-coal and lower immediate roof and the load of combined cantilever beam structure to avoid hydraulic support pushing down.The suitable hydraulic support working resistance of working face has been calculated due to breaking and rotating feature of combined cantilever beam structure.
