摘    要:JX2井地层倾角大,地质情况复杂,易发生井漏、卡钻、井壁失稳等井底复杂情况,井斜控制难度大,机械钻速低,钻井成本增加。针对上述难点,上部地层采用空气钻井,孕镶金刚石+涡轮复合钻井技术,下部燧石团块灰岩硬地层采用贝克休斯MX-DS50DX钻头,在保证井身质量的基础上大幅提升了钻进速度,节约了钻进成本,形成了一套适合川东北地区超深井优快钻进工艺。

Abstract:The formation dip angle of JX2 wells is large and the situation of geological is complex,and is easy to cause shaft leakage,sticking,borehole wall instability,and so on. It is difficult to control the incline of shaft,the driving speed of machine is low,and the cost of shaft construction is improved. For the problem,air drilling+impregnated diamond + turbine composite drilling technology was applied in the upper formation,and baker hughes MX-DS50DX bit was used in lower flint briquette limestone hard formation,which significantly improved the drilling speed on the basis of guaranteeing the quality of mine shaft,saving the cost of drilling,formed a set of technics suitable for super deep well in the area of northeast Sichuan Province.
