高水速凝材料在瓦斯抽采钻孔注浆封孔中的优化试验研究

摘    要:为解决土城煤矿13171瓦斯底抽巷穿层抽采钻孔封孔质量差、抽采负压小、抽采浓度低问题,对不同配比的高水速凝材料进行性能测定及“两堵一注”封孔优化试验。试验发现:含水率增量对强度变化影响很大,随着含水率的增加,强度降低直线上升;水料比在6∶1至9∶1时,衰减程度较小,水料比大于9∶1时,衰减程度最大可达54%;综合单孔瓦斯浓度衰减及注浆成本,将水料比9∶1作为最佳的材料配比。

Abstract:To solve the problems of bad borehole sealing quanlity,vacuum extraction,and low extraction concentration of layer-through boreholes in 13171 floor gas drainage roadway of Tucheng Mine,optimization test of "two blocking and one sealing hole" was carried out on high water quick setting material with different ratio. It was found that:the water content increment has a great influence on the intensity change;with the increase of the water content,the decreasing quantity of the strength are nearly straight lines. The ratio of water to material from 6∶1 to 9∶1,the degree of attenuation is smaller,the ratio of water to material is more than 9∶1,the attenuation degree is up to 54%;combined with the attenuation of single hole gas concentration and the grouting cost,the ratio of water to material ratio 9∶1 as the best material ratio.
