煤矿机电设备全生命周期信息管理系统设计与应用

摘    要:针对煤矿企业机电设备管理难度大、传统管理方法相对落后、无法适应煤矿企业发展需求等问题,研发了一套功能完整、实用先进、高效可靠的机电设备全生命周期信息管理系统。该系统基于B/S结构,结合ASP.NET技术、三层架构技术和数据库技术,实现了每台设备从验收入库、台账管理、租赁调拨、设备维修和设备报废等全生命周期的管理和跟踪,从而减少了煤矿企业机电设备闲置,提高了设备利用率,降低了生产成本,实现了对煤矿企业机电设备的动态跟踪管理。

Abstract:The management of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine enterprises is very difficult,and the methods of the traditional management are relatively backward,that is not adapted to the needs of the development of coal mining enterprises. Aiming at these issues,this paper developed a fully functional,practical and advanced,efficient and reliable full-lifecycle information management system of mechanical and electrical equipment. The system which was based on B/S mode and used ASP.NET,three layer architecture technology and database technology,realized managing and tracking the full-lifecycle of each device that implements from acceptance of storage,accounting management,leasing allocation,equipment maintenance and equipment scrapped. The application of system reduced the free equipment,improved utilization of equipment,reduced the production cost,mechanical and electrical equipment for coal mining enterprises to achieve safe and reliable dynamic tracking management.
