深井返修巷道动态支护技术研究

摘    要:为了更好地解决深井高应力、破碎围岩巷道反复返修问题,基于巷道工程环境和变形破坏特征,提出了高强锚网喷支护配合锚索补强,适时采用注浆锚杆浅部注浆和注浆锚索深部注浆加固的动态支护方案,并给出了详细的技术参数。工业性试验表明,该支护方式能够限制巷道围岩的持续变形,提高围岩的整体性和承载能力,保证巷道围岩和支护结构长时间内的稳定。

Abstract:To resolve the repeatedly rework problem of crushed surrounding rock roadway with high geo-stress in deep coal mine,based on engineering environment and deformation damage features of roadway,the dynamic supporting scheme,which is high strength bolt-mesh-spurting cooperating with cable supplement support and using grouting bolt in shallow part grouting and grouting cable anchor in deep part grouting to strengthening the roadway,was put forward. Industrial test results show that,this kind of supporting scheme could restrain the continuous deformation of surrounding rock in roadway,improve the integrality and bearing capacity of surrounding rock,and ensure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure in roadway during long time.
