摘    要:演马庄矿开采的二1煤层为单一厚煤层,透气性低,瓦斯含量高,瓦斯涌出量大。以27151工作面瓦斯治理为例,通过顶板岩巷穿层钻孔和顺层钻孔预抽区段和条带煤层瓦斯、回采工作面综合治理瓦斯、瓦斯抽采系统优化,并配套水力冲孔、水力压裂和深孔预裂爆破等卸压增透措施,全方位、多层次、综合化的瓦斯治理模式,使得控制区域应力得到消除、煤层透气性系数大幅度提高,瓦斯抽放量有大幅度提高,能够有效缩短抽采达标需要的时间,保证了采煤工作面在回采过程中的安全生产。

Abstract:The Ⅱ1 coal seam of Yanmazhuang Mine is single and thick,low permeability,high gas content and large gas emission. Taking gas control on 27151 working face as an example,the method of pre-drainage sectional and strip coal seam gas with roof layer-through borehole and boreholes along seam,the comprehensive control of gas on coal wining face,and the optimization of gas drainage system,were put into practices. Some pressure-relief and permeability increasing methods were also used in the field,including supporting hydraulic punching,hydraulic fracturing and deep hole pre-splitting blasting and other measures. All this have formed multi-level and comprehensive mode of gas control. With the application of the above method,the control area stress is eliminated,the permeability coefficient of coal seam and the gas drainage volume are improved greatly,which can effectively shorten the time required to reach the standard,and has ensured the safe production of coal mining face in the process of mining.
