摘    要:首山一矿主采煤层为突出煤层,不具备保护层开采条件,且属于单一低透气性煤层,瓦斯抽采困难,主要采取低抽巷向煤层施工穿层钻孔预抽瓦斯掩护煤巷掘进的区域防突措施。为提升瓦斯治理效率,从瓦斯抽采效果、经济效益等多方面入手,考察研究低抽巷布置方式,选取合理化低抽巷布置方式,提升瓦斯治理效率,确保矿井安全高效生产。

Abstract:The main coal seam is outburst coal seam in Shoushan No.1 Mine,and it does not have the conditions of protection layer mining,and it is single low-permeability coal seam with gas drainage difficulty. Regional outburst prevention method,by constructing layer-through drilling from low-level gas drainage roadway to pre-drain the gas,and to shield the drivage of coal roadway,was adopted as a main method in this mine. To enhance the efficiency of gas control,the layout of low-level gas drainage roadway was studied from gas drainage effects,economic benefits and other aspects. Reasonable layout mode was finally selected,the effect of gas control was enhanced,safe and high-efficiency production of mine shaft was also ensured.
